Chef Aaron is a graduate of Johnson and Wales University in Charleston, SC, and JWU North Miami, FL, where he earned both an Associate of Arts in Culinary Arts and a Bachelor of Arts in Culinary Arts Management. He has cultivated an extensive knowledge base that encompasses a wide array of cuisines and flavor profiles. For nearly 18 years, Chef Aaron worked with the Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company, primarily as a banquet chef, which greatly enhanced his diverse palate. During his time there, he had the opportunity to learn from talented chefs from around the globe, mastering Italian, Spanish, Latin American, Caribbean, French cuisines, and beyond.
In his final years at The Ritz-Carlton Resort of Naples, Chef Aaron served as the Executive Chef of Banquets. His commitment to using high-quality ingredients and maintaining exceptional food standards is evident in every dish he creates. With a remarkable 25 years of culinary experience and a passion for cooking, Chef Aaron eventually launched his own venture, Inspired Cuisines Personal Chefs.
