Throughout his career, he cultivated expertise across diverse global cuisines—including Italian, Spanish, Latin American, Caribbean, and French—always emphasizing exceptional quality, precision, and authentic flavor.
Chef Aaron’s academic foundation is grounded in his degrees from Johnson and Wales University, where he earned both an Associate of Arts in Culinary Arts and a Bachelor of Arts in Culinary Arts Management.
