Chef Aaron attended Johnson and Wales University Charleston SC, then JWU North Miami FL. He achieved both, an Associate of Arts in Culinary Arts, and a Bachelor of Arts in Culinary Arts Management. Chef Aaron then began to establish his knowledge that now spans over a myriad of cuisines and flavor profiles. He worked for the Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company for close to 18 years. For most of his career in the Ritz Carlton, he served as a banquet chef, which endowed him with a very well-rounded palate. He was able to learn from talented chefs from around the world. While working with these chefs he learned Italian, Spanish, Latin American, Caribbean, and French cuisines, and more. Chef Aaron spent his last few years at The Ritz-Carlton Resort of Naples as Executive Chef of Banquets. Working with quality products and having high food standards is shown consistently through Chef Aaron’s creations. With his gift of cooking and the last 25 years of culinary experience under his belt, Chef Aaron eventually started his own business Inspired Cuisines Personal Chefs.
