Menu: Strawberry Rose Macarons Caramel Machiato Macarons What You Will Learn: Our chef will teach you all the tips and tricks for creating two delicious varieties of delicate French macarons. You’ll learn to make your batter and how to properly fold the meringue. After piping and baking, you’ll make two delectable fillings, then assemble your crisp shells. By the end of class, you’ll have delectable confections perfect for sharing with your friends and family. What To Expect: In our classes you'll work together with other students (in groups of 2 or 4), sharing workstations and equipment in a fun, hands-on environment led by our professional chef instructors. Classes are 2 hours, unless otherwise noted above. Hands-on classes are limited to 14-18 students.. You will be standing, cooking, and working for most of the class. Please wear comfortable, closed-toe shoes and have long hair tied back. Cancellations or changes must be completed at least 48 hours before the start time of class.
In this class, you'll learn essential techniques and recipes that you can recreate at home. Our experienced chef will guide you through each step, sharing professional tips and tricks along the way.
Comfortable clothing and closed-toe shoes are recommended. We'll provide aprons for everyone.
